Overview

Pivník ("we", "the app") is a mobile beer diary with a map of nearby pubs. This policy explains what data the app processes, what it is used for, and what rights you have.

Data We Process

Your beer diary (logged beers, styles, places, ratings and notes) is stored locally on your device. We do not send this data to any server of ours and we have no access to it.

The following data may be processed while you use the app:

• Location: if you grant permission, the app uses your device location to show pubs and other places nearby. The coordinates of the map area are sent to OpenStreetMap (Overpass API) and Mapy.com, which return a list of places. We do not store your location or link it to your identity.
• Advertising data: if ads are shown in the app, advertising partners (Google AdMob) may process device identifiers and usage data as described in their own privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

• Mapy.com by Seznam.cz (place enrichment) - Seznam.cz Privacy Policy

Ads and Consent

The app may display ads. Users in the EU are shown a consent dialog before personalized ads are served, as required by the GDPR. You can change your consent at any time in the app settings.

Children's Privacy

Pivník is intended for people of legal drinking age (18 in the Czech Republic). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Storage

The entire diary is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data. We do not operate any server-side database of user data.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase your data. Because the diary lives only on your device, you have full control over it: clear the app data or uninstall the app to remove it. For data processed by advertising partners, exercise your rights directly with them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
